HiveLinx® is an advanced IoT-based remote monitoring platform designed to provide smarter oversight of IXOM Watercare systems by collecting real-time equipment data and transmitting it to a cloud dashboard via cellular connectivity. Operators can access a user-friendly web interface from desktops, tablets, or smartphones to view real-time performance and historical trends, receive customizable alerts and notifications, and identify issues early to support more efficient, proactive maintenance and improved operational reliability. HiveLinx continuously collects data and, when cellular service is available, reports to the cloud every 5 minutes—retaining and forwarding data once connectivity is restored if service is interrupted. With real-time visibility, reporting, and maintenance reminders, HiveLinx helps teams improve operational efficiency and supports compliance-focused documentation needs across distributed or hard-to-reach sites.
